Workforce & Career Services creates hope and prepares people of all ages for more competitive jobs. Our customers want to identify more promising career paths that fit their skills and interests. We serve youth, migrants, seasonal farmworkers, and low-income individuals.

Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG)
Stay in school, succeed in a good career.
Career opportunities are endless when you know where to go for training and support. Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) is a school-to-career program for juniors and seniors dedicated to preventing high school dropouts. Nationwide, JAG delivers consistent and compelling results, helping young people graduate from high school, pursue postsecondary education, and land good entry-level jobs that lead to career advancement opportunities. TRC operates the JAG program in 12 high schools in Marion County.
Services include:

- Summer employment opportunities
