
Susan Oney
Vice President, Workforce and Career Services
Susan comes to Telamon with ten years of experience where she worked to implement new programs and improve performance in existing programs throughout a multi-state footprint. She is well-versed in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), has a Bachelors in Sociology, carries a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) certificate, and she will earn a Master’s in Education Training and Project Management in December 2020. Susan uses a coaching and collaborative approach, and she is excited to join an organization where she can help to build out successful systems. Susan will continue her education with a PhD in Workforce and Adult Education through NC State University in the spring of 2021.
